01Why we exist
Most AI work stops where the hard part starts.
Enterprises have no shortage of AI ideas, pilots or vendor demos. What they are short of is the engineering that turns a promising prototype into a system that runs inside their environment, passes review and gets used.
La Madre exists to do that work. We combine an understanding of how the business actually operates with hands-on engineering, so the system that goes live is the one the business needed.

La Madre was founded by an enterprise AI practitioner who has built production AI agents in Microsoft environments inside a Fortune 500 company, working with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure and Databricks.
That work meant dealing with what decides whether AI reaches production: data access, identity, security review, governance and whether people actually adopt the tool.
